The Construction of Modern Rural Industrial System from the Perspective of Common Prosperity:Main Mode and Path Optimization
The construction of a modern rural industrial system with common prosperity is an effec-tive way to realize rural revitalization.At this stage,the agricultural basic guarantee function of China's rural industry has been fully developed,agricultural product processing industry has developed rapidly,agricultural industry cluster has begun to take shape,and the diversification of rural industrial forms has continued to advance.In addition,there are also industrial development models such as rural industrial consortium,multi-format linkage,single product composite,and ecological science and technology em-powerment,and their interest linkage and distribution mechanisms are diversified and the characteristics of common prosperity are obvious.In view of the imperfect system construction,the low quality and effi-ciency of industrial development,the low vitality of production factors,the status of farmers as the main entity not prominent,and the unreasonable interests linkage and distribution mechanism.Policy sugges-tions for building a modern rural industrial system of common prosperity in China are proposed,inclu-ding the development of rural industries in accordance with local conditions,the promotion of effective integration of rural industries,the deepening of the reform of rural factor markets,the development and expansion of collective economy,and the construction of a differentiated interests connection mechanism and a reasonable income distribution mechanism.
