Multi-organization Mechanism and Its Institutional Logic in the Process of Rural Comprehensive Revitalization:Based on the Experience of Yuanjia Village in Shaanxi Province
The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization in the new era requires the coordina-ted promotion of government mechanisms,market mechanisms,and social mechanisms,in order to pro-vide institutional guarantees for organizing,mobilizing,and excavating village development resources.This article reviews the transformation process of Yuanjia Village from a poverty-stricken village to a prosperous village,revealing the roles and functions of the government,market,and society in promoting rural revitalization,and revealing the action logic behind it based on institutional logic theory.Research has found that:(1)government mechanisms play a leading role in the collective industrial stage of villa-ges,playing a dual role of support and balance through institutions and policies.Market mechanisms play a limited role in resource allocation in the traditional agricultural and collective industrial stages,while in the rural tourism stage,the market gradually plays a decisive role in resource allocation,while social mechanisms exist in various stages of Yuanjia Village's development,continuously exerting cata-lytic and adhesive effects,in coordination with the other two mechanisms,promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas;(2)In the process of Yuanjia Village's revitalization,due to the different development difficulties,institutional environment,and development scenarios faced at different stages,the development logic adopted varies.Government logic,market logic,and social logic play a leading role in different development stages,but no matter which logic plays a leading role,it needs to achieve dynamic matching with the other two development logics.
