The Practical Logic of Agricultural Green Entrepreneurship for Returnees:Longitudinal Multi-case Studies from the Perspective of Performance Logic
One of the difficulties in comprehensively realizing the green transformation of agriculture is that the success rate of green entrepreneurship in practice is low,and it is important and urgent to open the process of agricultural green entrepreneurship, identify key influencing factors and explore the conditions for the success of green entrepreneurship. This paper takes seven successful agri-cultural green entrepreneurship(AGE)winners who returned to their hometowns as cases, and focuses on exploring the practical logic of the impact of entrepreneurial psychological factors, entrepreneurial re-silience and resources bricolage on the process of AGE.It is found that market forecasting, resource ac-cumulation and value recognition are the prerequisites that drive returnees to choose AGE,and only when these three factors are met will returnees carry out AGE.Entrepreneurial resilience and resource bricolage are the key factors affecting the AGE of returnees, but the roles played differ at different sta-ges.Resource bricolage dominates in the initial action stage, and entrepreneurial resilience plays a more supportive role in the difficult adjustment stage. In the process of promoting AGE,we must pay attention to matching the competence of entrepreneurs with the comprehensive capabilities required in the entre-preneurial stage, and the successful promotion of AGE needs to fully consider the internal and external factors of entrepreneurs and their interactions. This study deconstructs the influence mechanism of the interaction between internal and external factors of microentrepreneurs in the process of AGE,which can provide new practical enlightenment for improving the success rate of AGE.
