Wasteland Governance:An Explanation of Synergy Theory Taking Z Village in Guangdong as an Example
With the continuous advancement of industrialization and urbanization in China, the problem of farmland desertion has become increasingly serious.Through the case analysis of wasteland governance in Z Village,Guangdong, this paper establishes an analytical framework for multi-entity col-laborative governance, and deeply studies the effective coordination mechanism of multiple entities in wasteland governance. It is found that the weakening of the collective coordination power of villages is the key reason for the abandonment of cultivated land, and the construction of a multi-entity collabora-tive governance mechanism is the fundamental way to solve the dilemma of wasteland. In a collaborative environment, through the collaborative structure of"local governments as the coordination center,grass-roots organizations as the interaction center, and farmers as the main work entities",the governance form of goal coordination, resource coordination, authority coordination and interest coordination has been formed. The governance synergy formed by the synergy of multiple entities is the core logic to effectively solve the problem of wasteland and promote the stability and development of the governance system. Therefore, cultivating and developing multiple governance entities according to local conditions and building a collaborative structure of interaction between entities are important methods to promote the modernization of rural governance capabilities.
