Risk Avoidance Mechanism for Contract Agriculture Fulfillment from A Digital Governance Perspective
The widespread application of digital technology has profoundly changed agricultural business management models and provided a viable path for the avoidance of contractual risk in contract agriculture fulfillment. This paper integrates key perspectives from modern agricultural development the-ory with risk management theory to form a digital governance viewpoint.Using Anji county white tea digital governance platform in Zhejiang Province as a case study and employing grounded theory, the model for contractual risk avoidance mechanism in contract agriculture based on a digital governance platform is constructed. The key findings of this paper reveal that agricultural standard field scenarios, direct supply of agricultural products scenarios, and support for agriculture scenarios serve as typical ap-plication settings for contractual risk governance in contract agriculture. The construction process of dig-ital platforms for contractual risk governance includes two stages:basic construction and optimization ap-plication.The basic construction stage should emphasize the standard construction of digital systems and network infrastructure, while the optimization application stage should focus on designing data-driven models, iterating big data algorithms, and innovating digital business models. The enhancement of digital governance capabilities should be implemented throughout the platform's construction process.Digital governance of contractual risk in contract agriculture should not be confined to quality control of agricul-tural products. It should also foster long-term cooperation between farmers and new types of agricultural operators, and maximize overall benefits under the premise of adequately considering the continuous in-come growth of farmers, thereby effectively avoiding contractual risk in contract agriculture.
