The Construction Path of Digital Village at County-level from the Perspective of Collaboration Based on the Case Study of Suning County,Hebei Province
Digital village construction is a systematic,dynamic and non-linear complex system,in-volving all aspects of rural production,life and service,which requires multi-field construction,multi-dimensional development and multi-mechanism promotion.Based on the synergy theory,this paper puts forward the concept of collaborative ecosystem for digital village construction,and constructs the analysis framework of"collaborative entity-collaborative content-collaborative mechanism-collaborative effect"at county level.Taking Suning County,Hebei Province as an example,this paper presents the multiple collaborative process in digital rural construction and explains the multiple collaborative path of digital village construction at county level.It shows that,firstly,the construction of digital village under the framework of market economy should be led by the grassroots government,guide various agricultural en-tities to participate fully and efficiently,and build a community of digital village construction;Secondly,it needs to identify the core entry point according to local conditions,promote the collaborative evolution of rural digital infrastructure,supporting platform,construction operation and maintenance management,support and guarantee system and other dimensions,so as to form mutual promotion and additive effect;Thirdly,it needs to build technology-driven mechanism,interest linkage mechanism and dynamic climb-ing mechanism to drive internal exchange,interaction and transmission,so as to achieve intelligent agri-cultural production,efficient rural circulation,accurate social governance,intelligent lifestyle and mod-ernization of cultural concepts.
