Study on the Introduction,Spread and Impact of Peanuts in Sichuan
Peanuts are an important crop in Sichuan,which were brought in by southeast immigrants during the Kangyong Reclamation period.Afterwards,peanuts went through two major stages of dissemination,the promotion and popularization peri-od and the development and innovation period.The introduction and dissemination of peanut have had a significant impact on a-gricultural production and dietary life in Sichuan in that it increased the income of farmers,promoted the development of rural e-conomy in Sichuan,improved land use efficiency,improved the agricultural production structure in Sichuan,and enriched the dietary life of Sichuan people.Probe into the spread and impact of peanuts in Sichuan has certain significance in exploring and protecting Sichuan's agricultural cultural heritage,promoting the high-quality development of Sichuan's peanut industry,and inheriting and promoting Sichuan cuisine culture.
