The tea culture,as a significant aspect of social life in the Heluo area,witnessed further development in the Northern Song Dynasty due to cultural integration and interactions between the North and South.This paper firstly analyzes the images of three categories of tea-related activities found in related tombs,including tea preparation,tea serving and tea drinking,which confirms the rich and colorful tea culture in the Heluo area of the Northern Song Dynasty.Secondly,by analyzing from the combination of tea sets unearthed from tombs and porcelain kiln sites,it comprehensively reveals the use methods and occasions of various tea sets used in Heluo area in the Northern Song Dynasty in daily life.Finally,the images of tea-related activities and the physical tea sets show the distinctive characteristics of the tea culture in Heluo area,such as exquisite tea sets,quiet and warm drinking environment,mixed use of tea and wine utensils,and far-reaching dissemination,which provide strong support for deeply exploring the connotation value of the tea culture in the Northern Song Dynasty and the culture of the Heluo area.
