In the past forty years,with the increasing depth of researches on Chinese tea culture and the increasing popu-larity of tea poetry study,there are increased academic attention on Song Dynasty tea poetry.The research process can be rough-ly divided into three stages,including the beginning of the research from 1984 to 2000,the period of vigorous research develop-ment from 2001 to 2016 and the period of gradually mature research since 2017.In general,in the past forty years,there are sev-eral research results of tea poetry in the Song Dynasty,which are about the study of famous tea poets.Interdisciplinary research,such as the geography of tea poetry,is relatively lacking,and the artistry of tea poetry needs to be further explored.In the future,the study of tea poetry in the Song Dynasty can further strengthen the excavation of theoretical depth on the basis of macro re-search and systematic combing,and make full use of the advantages of interdisciplinary research to further expand and deepen the study of tea poetry in the Song Dynasty from multiple perspectives.
