In order to build ecological civilization,we need to learn from the ecological wisdom of Chinese agricultural civi-lization.Ancient agricultural proverbs are the direct reflection of traditional agricultural production practice,and also the impor-tant carrier of Chinese agricultural civilization,which contains the ecological philosophy of the harmony between man and na-ture.It is the organic integration of the ancestors'thought of knowing the nature and observing the fate and following the nature.It means that on the basis of knowing and respecting the objective ecological laws,people should give full play to their subjective initiative and make rational use of natural resources to develop agricultural production.The study of the ecological philosophy of the harmony between man and nature in ancient Chinese agricultural proverbs may help to re-examine the interaction between man and nature,and there is certain reference for alleviating the current ecological crisis and building ecological civilization.
