Review on Tea Introduction From the South to the North in Shandong Province
Since the 1950s,the campaign of tea introduction from the South to the North launched by Shandong Province has to some extent changed the long-term lack of large-scale tea tree planting and tea production in northern China,and has certain historical significance.Therefore,the academic community has conducted a series of studies on the history of tea intro-duction from the South to the North in Shandong Province.On this basis,some scholars have provided suggestions for the devel-opment of the tea industry in Shandong Province at present.However,some scholars have criticized crop introduction activities such as tea introduction from the South to the North at the academic level.Through reviewing previous research,it is found that exploration of the issue of tea introduction from the South to the North in Shandong Province needs to be further deepened from two aspects of sorting out basic historical facts and expanding research perspectives.
