摘要
两宋之际,夜间饮茶习俗迅速兴起并成为大众夜间娱乐社交的生活实践.宋代夜间饮茶习俗的兴盛主要由茶叶供需同步扩大、生活环境改善以及茶文化繁荣等因素共同所致,并逐渐演化出活动丰富多彩、群体涵盖广泛、场域空前扩大、目的多元等多维特征.宋代夜间饮茶习俗在助力茶业经济繁荣发展、催化相关文化交融互摄、改变社会生活品质等方面产生了深层次的时代影响.关注与思考夜间饮茶习俗这一历史现象,既可从不同视角考察宋人的日常生活史,又能为新时代中华茶文化传承发展提供历史借鉴.
Abstract
During the period between the Northern and Southern Song Dynasties,the custom of drinking tea at night rapidly emerged and became a widespread social and recreational practice.The flourishing custom during the Song Dynasty was primar-ily driven by the simultaneous expansion of tea supply and demand,improvements in living conditions,and the prosperity of tea culture.It evolved to multidimensional characteristics,such as a diverse range of activities,a broad demographic participation,an unprecedented expansion of venues,and a variety of purposes.The custom of drinking tea at night during the Song Dynasty had profound impacts on the prosperity of the tea economy,the integration and mutual influence of related cultures,and the en-hancement of social life quality.Examining and reflecting on the historical phenomenon of night tea drinking provides insights into the daily life history of the Song people and offers valuable historical references for the inheritance and development of Chi-nese tea culture in the new era.
