味觉与心觉的辩证——明代中后期心学思想影响下的茶道哲学演进理路

明代中后期,阳明心学兴起,并在茶道哲学领域产生了重要影响.从味觉体验的加强到心觉感知的觉醒,中晚明文人士大夫不但在饮茶生活上追求变革,更是在思想领域尝试着创新,以心觉感知茶道便是其一大特色.在心觉感知的加持下,茶之味觉体验更加精细且更为抽象,进而带动味觉思想不断深化,促使味觉与心学思想逐渐走向统一,并在"茶禅一味"的基础上为阳明心学在明代中后期的传播、演化奠定了一定基础.
Dialectics Between Taste and Mind:Evolution of Tea Ceremony Philosophy Under the Influence of the Philosophy of Mind in the Mid to Late Ming Dynasty
In the mid to late Ming Dynasty,the Yangming School of Mind emerged and had an important influence in the field of tea ceremony philosophy.From the enhancement of taste experience to the awakening of psychological perception,the scholars of the mid and late Ming Dynasty not only pursued change in their tea drinking life,but also attempted innovation in the field of thought,with the perception of tea ceremony through psychological perception being one of their major characteristics.With the blessing of psychological perception,the taste experience of tea became more refined and abstract,which in turn drove the deepening of taste thinking,gradually unifying taste and psychological thinking,and laying a certain foundation for the dis-semination and evolution of Yangming School of Mind in the mid to late Ming Dynasty on the basis of"tasting Zen in tea".
