Construction of Ideological Curriculum under the Background of New Liberal Arts:Value Relevance,Research Trends,and Practical Path—Visual Metrology Analysis Based on CiteSpace
As two major strategic measures in the current higher education reform,the New Liberal Arts initiative and the ideologically-oriented curriculum both sharing a high degree of relevance in their intrinsic values.Based on theoretical analyze,using the CNKI database from January 2020 to May 2024 as a research sample and employing CiteSpace software to create visual knowledge maps,this study analyzes the current research status,hotspots,and trends in the construction of ideologically-oriented curriculums under the New Liberal Arts background.The study finds that there is a high degree of cross-relevance between New Liberal Arts strategies and ideologically-oriented curriculum construction.The main research hotspots revolve around the development of ideological elements in New Liberal Arts curriculums,reforms in ideological curriculum teaching,and the enhancement of teachers'capabilities in ideological curriculum teaching.These reflect the practical dimensions of the New Liberal Arts strategy and ideological curriculum construction.However,the research is still in its early stages of crossover study.The construction of ideologically-oriented curriculums should be based on the cross-integration concept to build political groups in course clusters,create high-quality cases of ideological curriculums in the New Liberal Arts,and enhance the teaching abilities of teachers in New Liberal Arts courses.
