The Mediating Role of Preschool Teachers'Agency between Professional Vision and Work Engagement
In order to explore the internal mechanism of kindergarten teachers'professional vision,initiative and job engagement,344 kindergarten teachers from different provinces and cities were selected as research objects,and the professional vision questionnaire,initiative questionnaire and job engagement questionnaire were used to measure the professional vision.The results showed that preschool teachers'professional vision,initiative and job involvement were above the average level,and there was a significant positive correlation among the variables(P<0.001).Preschool teachers'professional vision has a significant positive predictive effect on job engagement,and initiative plays a partial mediating role between preschool teachers'professional vision and job engagement.It is suggested to construct a clear vision to enhance the professional ability of preschool teachers,provide a supportive environment and play an active mediating role,and cultivate visionary leadership and strengthen the level of kindergarten teachers'work involvement.
