醒脑静注射液联合纳美芬对创伤性颅脑损伤患者神经功能、认知功能及血清sFas、Ang-1水平的影响

目的 探讨醒脑静注射液联合纳美芬对创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)患者神经功能,认知功能及血清可溶性凋亡相关因子(sFas)、血管生成素1(Ang-1)水平的影响.方法 研究对象选取2020年5月至2023年5月在南京大学医学院附属苏州医院收治的86例TBI患者,按随机数字表分为对照组43例、研究组43例.对照组采用纳美芬静脉注射治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合醒脑静注射液治疗.对两组患者临床疗效、美国国立卫生研究院卒中表(NIHSS)、简易智力状态检查量会(MMSE)评分、治疗前后血清sFas、Ang-1水平及不良反应比较.结果 与对照组相比,研究组治疗后总有效率升高(P<0.05).在治疗前两组患者NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分有所降低,相对而言,研究组NIHSS评分降低更多(P<0.05).在治疗前两组患者MMSE评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过治疗后,两组的MMSE评分有所升高,相对而言,研究组MMSE评分升高更多(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者血清sFas、Ang-1水平无无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者血清sFas、Ang-1水平降低(P<0.05),且研究组血清sFas、Ang-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 醒脑静注射液联合纳美芬治疗TBI效果显著,且可以改善神经功能和认知功能调节血清sFas、Ang-1水平,且安全可靠,值得推广应用.
Effects of Xingnaojing injection combined with nalmefene on neurological function,cognitive function,and serum sFas and Ang-1 levels in patients with traumatic brain injury
Objective To investigate the effects of Xingnaojing injection combined with nalmefene on neurological function,cognitive function,and serum levels of soluble factor-related apoptosis(sFas)and angiopoietin-1(Ang-1)in patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI).Methods The study population was selected from 86 patients with TBI admitted to Suzhou Hospital,Nanjing University School of Medicine from May 2020 to May 2023 who met the criteria of this study,and were divided into control group(n=43)and study group(n=43)by randomized numerical table.Reference group was treated with intravenous injection of nalmefene,while study group was treated with Xingnaojing injection based on reference group.The clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,MMSE score,serum sFas and Ang-1 levels before and after treatment,and untoward reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with reference group,the total effective rate of study group increased after treatment(P<0.05).Before the treatment,the comparison of NIHSS scores of the two groups of patients did not differ(P>0.05),after the treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were reduced,relatively speaking,the NIHSS scores of the study group were reduced more(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the MMSE scores of the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,the MMSE scores of the two groups increased,and relatively speaking,the MMSE scores of the research group increased more(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the comparison of serum sFas and Ang-1 levels between the two groups(P>0.05),while after treatment the serum sFas and Ang-1 levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum sFas and Ang-1 levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xingnaojing injection and Nalmefene for TBI can improve clinical efficacy,improve neurological function and cognitive function,regulate serum sFas and Ang-1 levels,and is safe and reliable,worthy of promotion and application.
