摘要
本文从再评价法律法规和具体实践着手,详细梳理了欧盟、美国农药登记后再评价项目类型、目标范围、参与部门、启动条件、实施步骤和资料要求,探讨了农药再评价与新增登记的关系、再评价资料保护等关键问题,为建立适合我国的再评价工作程序,推进我国农药登记后管理的科学性及可操作性提供借鉴.
Abstract
Starting with the regulations and specific practices of pesticide re-evaluation,this paper provided a detailed overview of the types,target scope,participating departments,initiation conditions,implementation steps,and data requirements of pesticide re-evaluation projects in the European Union and the United States of America.The relationship between pesticide re-evaluation and new registration,as well as the protection of re-evaluation information,were discussed,which could provide a reference for establishing suitable re-evaluation procedures and improving the scientific and operational management of existing registered pesticides in China.
