金属有机骨架ZIF-8材料作为农药载体的研究进展

将农药有效成分负载到适宜的载体材料上,通过对载药颗粒进行修饰赋予药物靶向传输、控制释放等功能,可以提高药效和利用率、延长持效期、降低副效应。金属有机骨架(MOFs)由于其独特的结构特征和功能特性,在农药负载领域受到了广泛的关注。其中,沸石咪唑酸酯骨架-8(ZIF-8)是MOFs中一种性能优异的材料,具有比表面积大、孔隙率高、稳定性高、制备简单、pH响应及生物相容性好等优点,是一种理想的农药载体材料。本文总结了ZIF-8常见的合成方法以及常用的负载药物方法,重点综述了 ZIF-8作为农药载体的研究进展,分析了 ZIF-8作为农药载体可能存在的问题和未来的研究方向,为ZIF-8在农药负载领域的研究与应用提供参考。
Research progress on metal-organic framework ZIF-8 as pesticide carrier
Loading effective ingredients of pesticides into suitable carriers and modifying drug-loaded particles to achieve the functions of targeted delivery,controlled release,etc,can enhance the efficacy and utilization of pesticides,prolonging their duration,and reduce side effects.Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have received wide attention in the field of pesticide loading due to their unique structural and functional characteristics.Among them,ZIF-8(zeolitic imidazolate framework-8)is an excellent material in the ZIF series,characterized by its high BET surface area,high porosity,high stability,simple preparation,pH response,and good biocompatibility.These attributes make it an ideal carrier is an ideal material for pesticide.This article summarizes the main synthesis methods and commonly used drug-loading strategies of ZIF-8,and focuses on the research progress of ZIF-8 in pesticide loading.The existing issues and future research directions of ZIF-8 as a pesticide carrier were also analyzed,aiming to provide a reference for the research and application of ZIF-8 in the field of pesticide loading.
