美国在"印太战略"中通过供应链管控制造贸易壁垒,试图干扰中国与印太地区国家正常的经贸交流合作.中国与南亚国家互为客源市场和旅游目的地,研究中国与南亚国家间旅游产业链,对于增强双方旅游产业链黏性以应对"印太战略"具有重要的现实意义.本文以旅游产业链的概念内涵为逻辑起点,构建面向南亚国家旅游产业链的理论分析框架,时间上以美国"印太战略"提出前后为时间截面,内容上从旅游消费意愿、基础制度保障、旅游安全环境、旅游互联互通等四个维度出发,采用社会网络分析法,系统分析"印太战略"对中国与南亚旅游产业链的影响,最后本文提出了中国与南亚国家旅游产业链稳链、固链、补链和优链的具体措施及实现路径,即促进民心相通、推动旅游产业链的深度融合、构建旅游协调合作机制和强化旅游的互联互通.
Abstract
The Indo-Pacific Strategy is an approach employed by the United States to control supply chains and erect trade barriers in the Indo-Pacific region,aiming to disrupt normal economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between China and countries in the Indo-Pacific region.China and South Asian countries serve as both tourist source markets and destinations.Researching the tourism industry chain between China and South Asian countries,enhancing the cohesion of the tourism industry chain between China and South Asian countries is of great practical significance for countering the Indo-Pacific Strategy.This paper takes the concept of the tourism industry chain as the logical starting point and constructs a theoretical analysis framework for the tourism industry chain targeting South Asian countries.In terms of time,it divides the analysis into pre-and post-Indo-Pacific Strategy periods.In terms of content,it starts from four dimensions:tourism consumption willingness,basic institutional guarantees,tourism security environment,and tourism interconnection and communication.Employing social network analysis,the paper systematically analyzes the impact of the Indo-Pacific Strategy on the tourism industry chain between China and South Asia.Finally,the paper proposes specific measures and implementation paths for stabilizing,strengthening,supplementing,and optimizing the tourism industry chain between China and South Asian countries.
