In recent years,owing to the worsening of population aging in China,policies regarding elderly care services have placed increasing emphasis on the capacity of elderly care services,particularly the sup-ply side of elderly care service personnel.Consequently,research on elderly care service personnel has gradually become a hot topic in premises such as medicine,economics,sociology and demography,as well as management.This study employs CiteSpace software to map the knowledge graph of 4,808 relevant liter-ature entries from 1984 to December 2023 in the CNKI academic journal database.Two problems were i-dentified regarding the current researches on elderly care service personnel in china,firstly,primary resear-ches focus on three inherent issues resulting in a preference towards discussions over countermeasures and outcomes.Additionally,there is substantial overlap in the research content among different scholars,resul-ting in a high degree of homogeneity in research topics.To address these issues,it is recommended to en-hance cooperation among scholars and institutions in terms of research methods,thereby expanding the depth and breadth of research on elderly care service personnel.Moreover,it is essential to strengthen re-search on the capabilities of elderly care service personnel and the quality of services they provide.
