Research on Unconventional Emergency Scenario Model Based on Knowledge Element
In this paper, we build scenario metamodel by exacting scenario factors and scenario factors, and then build scenario conceptual model based on knowledge elements in area. The specific scenario decision makers faced with is an instance of the conceptual research not only enable the scenario simulation through computers ,but also provide the relations of the specific model. The information needed to decision makers, which will reduce the uncertainty the decision makers faced with .The research will provide the basis of unconventional emergency response based on scenario.
