The Impact Path of Voluntary Business-to-Government Data Sharing——Based on Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis
[Purpose/significance]In order to explore the influencing factors and configuration paths of voluntary business-to-government data sharing(B2G data sharing)and to improve the data sharing.[Method/process]Taking HongDunYunQiao in the field of online transaction supervision as a case scenario and 27 provinces or autonomous regions as samples, this article constructs a four-dimensional framework including social needs, market environment,government-enterprise relations, government support.Use fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)to conduct a configuration analysis of the influencing factors of voluntary B2G data shar-ing.[Result/conclusion]Voluntary B2G data sharing is driven by the joint of the government, society and market entities. There are five paths to drive voluntary B2G data sharing, and market environment and government support are the core conditions.Under the conditions of good market environment and strong government support, broad social needs and good government-enterprise relations have a mutual substitution effect, either can increase the willingness of voluntary B2G data sharing.[Innovation/limitation]A research framework on the influencing factors of voluntary B2G data sharing was constructed and empirically tested through configuration analy-sis.The limitation of this study is that only specific case scenario is used for analysis, and the applicability of the theoretical framework needs to be tested by more case scenarios.
