A Comparative Analysis of Domestic and International Research Data Governance Research
[Purpose/significance]Research data governance is an effective means to promote the openness of research data and stimu-late data value.Combing and summarizing relevant researches at home and abroad is helpful to explore new research points and lay a theoretical foundation for the research and practice of scientific data governance.[Method/process]This study adopts a systematic re-view method to sort out research data governance studies,present a comprehensive overview of the current status of the field,and com-pare the similarities and differences between domestic and international research topics.[Result/conclusion]It is study found that both domestic and international studies focus on strategies and models of research data governance.Domestic studies emphasize the importance of library engagement and focus on the development of clinical research data governance platforms and research gover-nance models at universities and institutions.Foreign studies concentrate on the impact of the General Data Protection Regulation on research data governance,governance challenges from a stakeholder's perspective,research data governance ethics,governance mod-els,techniques and practices in biological and medical institutions.[Innovation/limitation]This study compares and analyzes relevant research at home and abroad.Future scientific data governance research can be improved in terms of research methods,application ar-eas,institutional mechanisms,collaborative governance.
