基于扎根理论的高校图书馆"一带一路"智库建设影响因素研究

摘要
[目的/意义]在推进"一带一路"倡议的进程中,智库发挥着越来越重要的作用,然而与高校图书馆"一带一路"智库相关的研究尚在起步阶段,研究成果较少,涉及范围较小,且相关的研究体系尚未成熟.[方法/过程]本文结合扎根理论研究方法,通过扎根访谈收集整理数据进而获得原始资料,使用程序化三级编码及饱和度检验,提出影响高校图书馆"一带一路"智库建设的影响因素,并对于其影响因素进行机理阐述.[结果/结论]研究得出影响高校图书馆"一带一路"智库建设的主要因素包括内外部环境因素、组织管理因素、资源因素三大方面,可通过这三大因素对未来高校图书馆"一带一路"智库的建设前景进行展望.[创新/局限]为了更加深入地探究高校图书馆"一带一路"智库建设方向,笔者将在未来的研究中继续对该模型及机理进行实证分析,以期探究更为深刻的研究内容.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]In the progress of the"The Belt and Road"think tanks are playing an increasingly important role.However,the research related to the"The Belt and Road"think tanks in university libraries is still in its initial stage,with few re-search results,a small coverage area,and an immature research system.[Method/process]This paper combines grounded theory re-search methods,collects and organizes data through in-depth interviews to obtain original materials,uses procedural three-level en-coding and saturation tests,proposes the main factors affecting the construction path of the"The Belt and Road"think tanks in uni-versity libraries,and elaborates on the mechanisms of these influencing factors.[Result/conclusion]The study concludes that the main factors affecting the construction of"The Belt and Road"think tanks in university libraries include three aspects:internal and ex-ternal environmental factors,organizational management factors,and resource factors.These three factors can be used to envision the future construction path of"The Belt and Road"think tanks in university libraries.[Innovation/limitation]In order to further explore the construction path of the"The Belt and Road"think tanks in university libraries,the author will continue to empirically analyze this model and mechanism in future research,in hope of exploring more profound research content.
