Analysis of the Interactive Relationship Between Online Health Information Behavior and Emotion and the User Sentiment Portrait Based on Semantic Ontology
[Purpose/significance]To explore the interactive relationship between online health information behavior and emotion, which is helpful for users'emotion mitigation and solicitude, exert the function of emotion support of online health community.[Method/process]In this paper, the"Aspect Word-Emotion"triplet extraction method is proposed to explore the semantic structure property of"Behavior and Emotion",then the"Behavior-Emotion"ontology can be constructed, further on this basis, the interactive re-lationship between behavior and emotion is revealed from multiple perspective and paths.[Result/conclusion]The study demonstrates that online health information behavior is closely related to emotion, while there are significant differences in interactive relationship between different behavior and emotion.Individual emotion of health information sharing behavior has a positive effect in term of indi-vidual behavior. The combination of healthy sharing behavior and positive emotion promotes the trust and acceptance of knowledge of online health community user to a certain extent. Also,Individual negative emotion significantly affects different information behavior under perspective of health information seeking behavior. Moreover, health information sharing behavior as a mediator has the positive regulation of health information encounter behavior through positive emotion.Besides, emotion plays a moderating role on health infor-mation avoidance behavior.[Innovation/limitation]This study enriches current research methodology on the interactive relationship between health information behavior and emotion based on semantic ontology technology, and provide insightful suggestions for OHCs to monitor public opinion and evacuate users'emotions. The interaction mechanism between behavior and emotion from multiple situa-tions is needed to be further explored.
