数字技术背景下企业知识扩散模型构建及仿真研究——基于信息生态视角

[目的/意义]揭示企业知识扩散过程和影响因素,提升企业知识存量,实现企业知识资源的优化配置。[方法/过程]分析企业知识扩散机理,基于信息生态理论构建企业知识扩散模型,通过仿真对其各发展阶段进行演化分析,探索企业知识扩散过程和影响因素。[结果/结论]不同阶段知识扩散影响因素影响程度不同。初始期数字技术对知识扩散效率的影响最大,其次为知识异质性、吸收能力和扩散意愿。成长期和成熟期影响程度最大的为知识异质性,其次为吸收能力,扩散意愿和数字技术影响程度最小。应根据企业发展的阶段性特征制定相应的策略以更好地实现知识扩散。[创新/局限]本文仅从理论上探讨企业知识扩散模型并利用Networkx软件进行仿真,未利用真实的专利数据进行验证。
Construction and Simulation Research of Enterprise Knowledge Diffusion Model Under The Background of Digital Technology——Based on the Perspective of Information Ecology
[Purpose/significance]Revealing the process and influencing factors of enterprise knowledge diffusion,enhancing the stock of enterprise knowledge,and achieving optimal allocation of enterprise knowledge resources.[Method/process]Analyze the mechanism of enterprise knowledge diffusion,construct an enterprise knowledge diffusion model based on information ecology theory,and conduct evolutionary analysis of its various development stages through simulation,exploring the process and influencing factors of enterprise knowledge diffusion.[Result/conclusion]The degree of influence of factors on knowledge diffusion varies at different stages.The initial stage of digital technology has the greatest impact on the efficiency of knowledge diffusion,followed by knowledge heterogeneity,absorption capacity,and diffusion willingness.The greatest impact of growth and maturity is knowledge heterogeneity,followed by absorptive capacity,while diffusion willingness and digital technology have the smallest impact.Corresponding strategies should be formulated based on the stage characteristics of enterprise development to better achieve knowledge diffusion.[Innovation/limitation]This article only explores the enterprise knowledge diffusion model from a theoretical perspective and uses Networkx soft-ware for simulation,without verifying it with real patent data.
