Critical Influencing Factors Identification and Correlation Path Analysis of Users'Privacy Concerns in Social Q&A Context
[Purpose/significance]To explore and identify the key influencing factors of users'privacy concerns under the social Q&A context,provide reference for the operation and management of the social Q&A community,and improve the enthusiasm of users to participate in the Q&A community.[Method/process]Taking Q&A text materials of Zhihu platform as an example,this paper firstly uses grounded theory to construct the influencing factor system of users'privacy concerns in the context of social question and answer.Then the fuzzy DEMATEL method is used to identify the key influencing factors in the influencing factor system.Finally,the ISM method is used to divide the key influencing factors and analyze the correlation path.[Result/conclusion]The research found that the key factors of users'privacy concerns under the social Q&A context include privacy infringement experience,platform self-discipline,effective supervision,self-exposure perception,privacy importance perception,protective measures,privacy terms,impact on real life,privacy diffusion,personal security,access rights,visible range,real experience and topic sensitivity.Platform self-discipline,effec-tive supervision and access rights are the most fundamental factors,while privacy infringement experience,self-exposure perception,and impact on real life and personal security are the most direct factors.[Innovation/limitation]Identify and analyze the key influenc-ing factors of user privacy concerns in special social Q&A scenarios.The next step will be to divide the influencing factors into fine-grained categories,and further measure the strength and mechanism of the influencing factors through large-scale empirical analysis.
