The Comprehensive Evaluation of Dissemination Capacity of Chinese Characteristic New Type University Think Tanks——Taking Jilin Province as an Example
[Purpose/significance]Through the evaluation of the dissemination capacity of the Chinese characteristic new type univer-sity think tanks,this paper points out the direction for the promotion of the dissemination capacity of the Chinese characteristic new type university think tanks,and provides scientific and valuable reference for the construction of the Chinese characteristic new type university think tanks and the management of the information of the think tanks,so as to improve the dissemination capacity of univer-sity think tank products and enhance the influence of public opinion of University think tank.[Method/process]Firstly,according to the characteristics of the Chinese characteristic new type university think tanks,the evaluation index system of dissemination capacity of the Chinese characteristic new type university think tanks is established by literature review method and Delphi method,and then the comprehensive evaluation model is constructed based on grey comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the dissemination capac-ity of eight selected the Chinese characteristic new type university think tanks in Jilin Province is evaluated.[Result/conclusion]Based on the comprehensive evaluation results,this paper makes a thorough analysis,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of the dissemination capacity of the Chinese characteristic new type university think tanks from three aspects:the main body of the think tanks,the products of the think tanks and the media of the products of the think tanks.[Inno-vation/limitation]Based on the information dissemination model and according to the dissemination of characteristic of the Chinese characteristics new type university think tanks,conduct a comprehensive evaluation and conduct in-depth analysis of the evaluation results;if the think tank samples can be expanded nationwide to ensure more accurate and effective evaluation results.
