印尼智库对十年来"一带一路"倡议的认知分析

摘要
[目的/意义]对印尼智库报告进行分析研判有利于观察印尼对十年来"一带一路"倡议的整体认知与战略走向,有利于两国高质量共建"一带一路"走向深入.[方法/过程]以文本分析法来研究印尼3家代表性智库的11篇研究报告,可以较为全面地把握印尼战略界关于"一带一路"倡议的总体认知,进而了解印尼的"一带一路"观.[结果/结论]在对智库报告文本的整理和分类后,发现印尼智库研究集中在"一带一路"倡议的机遇、挑战及应对三个主要方面.受美西方干预以及本国现实利益、社会发展水平、反华情结等因素的影响,印尼各界对"一带一路"倡议的认知呈现三大特点,既关注度不断提高但仍然不足、整体更加积极正面、仍存在一些消极负面因素且难以在短期内消除.[创新/局限]本文从印尼精英视角系统分析印尼十年来对"一带一路"倡议的认知,充分证明中国—印尼"一带一路"合作前景广阔,更有力地佐证"一带一路"倡议的重要国际价值.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]Analyzing and judging the reports of Indonesian think tanks is conducive to observing Indonesia's overall understanding and strategic trend of the Belt and Road initiative in the past decade,and is conducive to deepening the high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road between the two countries.[Method/process]Using text analysis to study 11 research reports from three representative think tanks in Indonesia,we can comprehensively grasp the overall cognition of the Indonesian strate-gic community on the Belt and Road initiative,and then understand Indonesia's concept of the Belt and Road.[Result/conclusion]Af-ter sorting out and classifying the report texts of think tanks,we found that the research of Indonesian think tanks mainly focuses on the opportunities,challenges,and responses of the Belt and Road initiative.At the same time,influenced by the intervention of the United States and the West,as well as Indonesia's real interests,social development level,anti-China plot,and other factors,the per-ception of the Belt and Road initiative by all sectors of Indonesia shows three characteristics:increasing attention but still insufficient;more positive overall;some negative factors still exist and are difficult to eliminate in the short term.[Innovation/limitation]This pa-per systematically analyzes Indonesia's overall understanding of the Belt and Road initiative over the past decade from the perspective of Indonesian elites,fully proving that China-Indonesia's Belt and Road cooperation has broad prospects and more effectively support-ing the important international value of the Belt and Road initiative.
