摘要
[目的/意义]对国内相关文献进行系统梳理与分析,为今后理论研究和实践探索提供参考,切实促进城乡社区服务精准化建设的落地生根.[方法/过程]应用系统性文献综述法,从城乡社区服务精准化的价值内涵和研究主题出发,通过对模式创新、实现过程、体系建构和实践探索四个主题的分析,归纳我国近年来城乡社区服务精准化的研究方向、研究内容与研究进展.[结果/结论]分析发现,城乡社区服务体系精准化框架的构建、社区服务精准供给模式机制、社区服务绩效评价方法及长效保障机制,都亟待展开深入、系统地研究与实践探索.[创新/局限]研究对我国城乡社区服务精准化的路向进行了分析与展望,供理论界及实践界参考与讨论.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance J The systematic review and analysis of relevant domestic literature is meaningful to provide reference for future theoretical research and practical exploration,and effectively promote the establishment of precision in urban-rural commu-nity services.[Method/process]Through a systematic literature review method,the study examines the current research status of preci-sion in urban and rural community services in China from four themes:application innovation,implementation process,system con-struction,and practical exploration.[Results/conclusion]It is found that the construction of the precise framework of urban-rural com-munity service platform,the precise supply mode and mechanism of community service,the evaluation method of community service performance,the long-term guarantee mechanism need to be deeply and systematically studied and explored.[Innovation/limitation]This study analyzes and looks forward to the direction of the precision of urban-rural community services in China,for reference and discussion by theoretical and practical fields.
