The Construction of a Precision-Oriented Value Network for Community Elderly Care Ser-vices in the Digital Environment Based on Policy Texts Content Analysis
[Purpose/significance]China's aging process is accelerating,community elderly care services have become the urgent and difficult expectations of the people,limited resources do not match the personalized and fast-growing needs of the huge elderly group,and the degree of service precision is seriously insufficient,and the quality and efficiency are not high.How to improve the precision level of elderly care services is an urgent social problem to be studied.The development and application of digital technology has pro-vided a driving force for the improvement of the precision level of community elderly care services.[Method/process]Drawing on the value network theory,qualitative research is carried out based on the text of elderly care policies,and multiple rounds of coding analy-sis are carried out by content analysis method,the constituent elements of the value network of community elderly care services are summarized and refined,and the value network model of community elderly care services in the digital environment is constructed with precision as the goal.[Result/conclusion]Diversified participants,interactive relationships,external environment,value creation process and other elements constitute the value network model of community elderly care services,and the digital platform empowers the whole process of value creation and is the key element to improve the level of service precision.[Innovation/limitation]The study answers the question of"what kind of value network"is more conducive to the realization of"precision"of community elderly care ser-vices in the digital environment,hoping to provide reference for the establishment of community elderly care service system,and also provide reference for participants to achieve win-win collaboration in the process of value creation.
