Value Network Relationships among Urban Social Governance Entities:A Social Computing Experimental Analysis
[Purpose/significance]With the advancement of China's modernization process,urban social governance has become an im-portant issue in the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Revealing the relationship between urban social governance subjects and their characteristics is of key significance for optimizing governance structure.[Method/process]At present,there are still few studies on the impact of the value network relationship of social governance subjects on the modernization process.This study comprehensively utilizes natural language processing and social network analysis methods to conduct entity extrac-tion from 68 outstanding cases of the first batch of pilot cities for the modernization of social governance in urban areas,identify the structure of social governance subjects,calculate the value network relationship of social governance subjects and visualize them.[Re-sult/Conclusion]This study extracts the main types of social governance subject value network relationship,including government guid-ance type,social organization collaboration type,government and enterprise complementary alliance type,etc.,and gives countermea-sures and suggestions to encourage enterprises to participate in innovative governance,broaden public participation channels,and ex-plore the collaborative effectiveness of social organizations.[Innovation/Limitation]This paper analyzes the value network relationship of social governance subjects through calculation,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for social governance decision-making,but this calculation method may have the problem of insufficient consideration of word frequency and semantic infor-mation.
