Comparative Analysis of Domestic and International Research on Dietary Intangible Cul-tural Heritage under the Perspective of Living Protection——Visual Analytics Based on Scientific Knowledge Mapping
[Purpose/significance]In order to deeply implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and the important in-structions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the protection of intangible cultural heritage, this paper takes the living protection of in-tangible cultural heritage as a field of vision, aiming to provide conceptual methodology and practical references to the living scenario for the protection and inheritance of culinary intangible cultural heritage in China.[Method/process]Focusing on the literature data in the field of dietary.NHs at home and abroad, the paper constructs the external and internal feature data sets respectively, and carries out quantitative comparative analysis with the help of scientific knowledge mapping tools;it proposes to expound the research connota-tion of the living conservation in dietary culture from the three types of elements of"conservation subject, conservation value and spa-tial facilities".[Result/conclusion]Based on the perspective of"living subject-value choice-spatial facilities",the optimization strategy of"protection system-cultural positioning-representative diet"is introduced to optimize the practice path of China's culi-nary non-heritage under the perspective of living protection, and corresponding countermeasure suggestions are put forward.[Innova-tion/limitation]It is innovative to effectively integrate the living conservation perspective to promote the conceptual and methodologi-cal research and practice path optimization of dietary non-heritage projects at home and abroad, and to combine scientific knowledge mapping to conduct multi-dimensional quantitative comparative analysis. However, only three types of representative dietary NH proj-ects are selected, which can be expanded to large-scale and diversified NH project datasets for analysis and research in the future.
