[目的/意义]对《公共安全应急知识管理》一书进行评述,旨在使读者了解公共安全应急管理与知识管理融合的最新理论与实践.[方法/过程]从公共安全应急管理问题表征、知识管理模式、技术应用和主体协同三个方面对该著作进行深入分析,概括了该著作的主要内容、特色之处和创新之处,剖析了该著作的学术意义和实践价值.[结果/结论]研读与比较,发现该著作是一本富有洞察力和指导性的学术力作,对于提升我国公共安全应急管理水平具有重要意义,值得广大理论工作者和实践工作者深入学习.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]A review of Knowledge Management of Public Safety Emergency aims to readers to understand the latest theories and practices on the integration of public safety emergency management and knowledge management.[Method/process]This article provides an in-depth analysis of the work from three perspectives:Characterization of public safety emergency manage-ment issues,knowledge management models,technology applications and subject collaboration.And it points out the main contents,unique features and innovation of this book,and analyses the academic and practical value of the work.[Result/conclusion]It is found that this book is an insightful and guiding academic masterpiece,which is of great significance for improving the level of public safety emergency management in China and is worthy of in-depth study by theoretical workers and practitioners.
