This paper introduces a road spectrum collection and bench application method based on dual clutch transmission,through the early real vehicle collection of road spectrum data,conversion to synthetic road spectrum bench test specification,carry out Bench Road spectrum test of powertrain level and evaluate the quality of dual clutch automatic transmission.The test results show that the same result between the Road load spectrum bench test and vehicle test,which is a sufficient hardware verification replacement of vehicle test.
