摘要

本文总结了某款双电机构型混动车起动异响问题的解决方法和过程,对混动车起动异响产生机理和影响因素进行了深入分析.研究表明,起动过程中动力总成本体激励导致的传动系齿轮敲击是产生起动异响的主要原因.控制发动机起动时刻曲轴位置从而减小发动机本体激励,调整系统惯量或者控制发电机在转速爬升过程中施加补偿扭矩,可以改善动力总成的转速波动,达到提升起动工况动力总成声品质的目的.

Abstract

In order to resolve the abnormal start-up noise issue for a dual-motor type hybrid vehicle,this work carried out an in-depth analysis of the mechanism and root cause of the abnormal start-up noise for this hybrid vehicle.The work shows that the drive train gear rattle caused by the powertrain excitation during the starting process is the main reason for the abnormal starting noise.The powertrain sound quality under start-up process can be effectively improved by controlling the position of the crankshaft at the time of the engine start-up to reduce the excitation,and adjusting the system inertia or applying a compensation torque in the generator during the speed insreasing process to reduce the speed fluctuation of the powertrain.
