摘要

本文简要叙述了3Dmesh包覆的仪表板副驾气囊区域常见的弱化方法,重点分析了分步弱化方案中,表皮、3Dmesh及骨架的设计要点及关键工艺要求.并根据实际项目经验,总结了常见弱化缺陷产生的原因及相应解决方案,为后续项目开发提供了参考.

Abstract

This paper briefly describes the common weakening methods of the instrument panel wrapped by 3Dmesh in airbag area,and emphatically analyzes the design points and key process requirements of the skin,3Dmesh and substrate in the fractional step weaken proposal.According to the project experiences,the causes of common weaken defects and corresponding solutions are summarized,which provides a reference for the subsequent project development.
