This paper studies the rule-making system of EU's vehicle standards and regulations,classification of documents,relevant organizations and their operating rules,and aims to help manufacturers of vehicles and components to understand the rule making procedures of these standards and regulations,so as to obtain standards and regulations drafts,implementation information,revision status and other relevant information to provide forward-looking technical support for Chinese manufacturing to"go global".
