摘要
本文从车辆机动性概念和评价指标体系出发,梳理了国家军用标准关于"越野平均速度"类术语(指标)的定义及试验方法,综合论述了国内对于"越野平均速度"类指标的相关研究成果,介绍了北约参考机动性模型(NRMM)的发展情况、基本功能,就如何更好地发挥"越野平均速度"类指标的作用提出了相关意见和建议.
Abstract
Starting from the concept and evaluation index system of vehicle mobility,this paper compiles the definitions and test methods of the national military standard on the term"Average Cross-Country Speed",comprehensively discusses the relevant research results of"Average Cross-Country Speed",introduces the development and basic functions of the NATO Reference Mobility Model(NRMM),and discusses how to better play the role of"Average Cross-Country Speed"indicators.
