摘要

通过前期的有限元分析,验证了EPS助力齿轮轴的疲劳寿命,结合台架试验和线体检测,对助力齿轮轴失效问题进行了深入的分析.结果表明:淬火冷却介质和渗碳深度对齿轮轴表面的硬度都有影响,淬火冷却介质对硬度的影响更大,热处理工艺的变化是引起齿轮轴断裂的根本原因.

Abstract

The fatigue life of EPS assistance pinion is verified through the previous finite element analysis.The failure problem of assistance pinion is deeply analyzed combined with bench testing and production line testing.The results show that the quenching cooling medium and the depth of carburizing have influence on the hardness of the assistance pinion surface,the quenching cooling medium has more influence on the hardness,so the change of heat treatment process is the fundamental cause of the fracture of the assistance pinion.
