摘要

通过对汽车顶棚侧翻边脱出密封条失效模式分析和研究,得出顶棚造型、材料结构、成型工艺、顶棚侧翻边和密封条的配合关系、顶棚装配顺序是影响侧翻边脱出密封条的关键因素.综合考虑顶棚造型、成型工艺、翻边刚性、密封条参数、顶棚定位系统、环境件装配和整理要求,对失效模式制定了相应的对策,此对策对解决现生产顶棚侧翻边脱出密封条失效模式提供了解决思路,对后续新车型顶棚开发设计具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract

Through the analysis and research of the failure mode of the headliner side flanging coming out of the sealing strip,it is concluded that the key factors affecting the headliner side flanging coming out of the sealing strip are the headliner shape,material structure,forming process,the matching relationship between the headliner side flange and the sealing strip,and the headliner assembly sequence.Taking into account the headliner shape,forming process,flange rigidity,sealing strip parameters,headliner positioning system,environmental component assembly and arranging requirements,corresponding countermeasures have been formulated for the failure mode.This strategy provides a solution for solving the failure mode of the headliner side flange coming out of the sealing strip in current production,and has important guiding significance for the development and design of new subject headliner in the future.
