摘要
目前绝大多数电动汽车配置单档减速器,不存在换挡延迟、顿挫等影响加速性能的因素,故相比传统燃油车有了天然的优势.但由于电机建扭快并具有能量回收特性等因素,电动汽车的加速调校仍需要花费大量精力.目前整车加速性能的开发验收主要依靠主观评价,但主观评价的结果与工程师的经验有关,而且常发生工程师与最终验收人的评价结果不一致的情况.本文从整车开发的角度出发,对电动汽车加速性能相关工况进行客观测试后进行直观的分析,为整车开发提供了明确的方向和数据支撑.
Abstract
Currently,the vast majority of electric vehicles are equipped with single speed reducers,and there are no factors that affect driving quality such as gear shifting delay and jerking,so they have natural advantages compared to traditional fuel vehicles.However,due to factors such as fast motor torque and energy recovery characteristics,tuning the driving quality of electric vehicles still requires a lot of effort.At present,the development and acceptance of vehicle driving quality mainly rely on subjective evaluation,but the results of subjective evaluation are related to the experience of engineers,and there is often inconsistency between the evaluation results of engineers and the final acceptance person.Starting from the perspective of vehicle development,this article objectively tests the driving quality related working conditions of electric vehicles and conducts intuitive analysis,providing clear direction and data support for vehicle development.
