摘要
研究了整车工况对燃料电池系统怠速零功率的需求,为实现燃料电池系统怠速零功率输出,提出了两种技术方案,包括增大空压机功耗方案和阴极氧气饥饿方案,并利用AMESim软件建立仿真模型进行对比分析,仿真结果表明采用阴极氧气饥饿方案的氢气消耗量更低.基于阴极氧气饥饿的方案设计了对应的控制策略,在60kW燃料电池系统试验台架和整车对控制策略进行了试验验证,试验结果表明采用该控制策略的系统输出功率为-0.4kW,实现了怠速零功率输出.
Abstract
The demand for zero power of fuel cell system under vehicle working conditions is studied.In order to realize zero power output of fuel cell system,two technical schemes are proposed,including the scheme of increasing the power consumption of air compressor and the scheme of cathode oxygen starvation.A simulation model is established by AMESim software for comparative analysis.The simulation results show that the hydrogen consumption of cathode oxygen starvation scheme is lower.Based on the scheme of cathode oxygen starvation,the corresponding control strategy is designed,the control strategy was verified by 60kW fuel cell system test bench and vehicle test bench.The test results show that the system output power is-0.4kW,realizing zero power output at idle state.
