摘要
近年来,随着机电一体化和汽车控制系统的发展,EPS系统在汽车上得到了广泛的应用.超前滞后校正器因其独特的频率特性,能对不同工况下EPS系统的工作性能进行优化补偿,成为了目前的研究重点.基于此,本文首先对超前滞后校正器进行机理分析,设计了一种新型超前滞后校正器,并对该传递函数的特性进行分析.其次,基于新型超前滞后校正器传递函数,进行离散化机理分析,同时考虑到实际控制器的数据精度,设计了一种参数修正算法,提高校正器在实际离散控制器中的精度.最后,基于simulink设计了超前滞后校正器模型,并进行了仿真验证.结果表明,新型超前滞后校正器参数调节便利,离散处理后的校正器与理论值吻合、精度高.
Abstract
In recent years,with the development of mechatronics and automotive control system,EPS system has been widely used in vehicles.In the control of EPS system,the lead-lag compensator can optimize and compensate the performance of EPS system under different working conditions because of its unique frequency characteristics.Therefore,it has become the focus of current research.Based on this,this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of the lead-lag compensator.Meanwhile,a new transfer function of the lead-lag compensator has been devised.Secondly,based on the new transfer function of the lead-lag compensator,the discretization characteristics has been analyzed.At the same time,considering the data accuracy of the actual controller,a parameter correction algorithm has been designed to improve the accuracy of the lead-lag compensator in the actual discrete controller.Finally,lead-lag compensator model is designed based on MBD,and the accuracy of simulation model is verified.The results show that the new transfer function of the lead-lag compensator has convenient parameter adjustment,and the discretized corrector is in line with the theoretical value and has high accuracy.
