摘要
座椅作为汽车内部重要的总成系统,具有集成度高、感知性强、使用频繁的特点,当座椅出现功能或外观缺陷时,会很容易引起顾客抱怨.本文针对某车型座椅扶手下装饰盖开裂脱落问题展开研究分析,在无法从外观缺陷进行判断的情形下,通过建立故障树的分析方法,准确找出原因并迅速完成改善.
Abstract
As an important assembly system in the interior of a car,the seat is characterized by high integration,strong perception,and frequent use.When there are functional or appearance defects in the seat,it will easily lead to customer complaints.In this paper,the problem of cracking and falling off of the decorative cover under the armrest of a certain model is studied and analyzed,and the cause is accurately found and quickly improved by establishing a fault tree analysis method in the case that the appearance defect cannot be judged.
