摘要
线束是汽车电气系统重要的基础零部件,用以实现能量及信息的传送与传递.线束设计走向和线束捆扎的质量,是设计和制造水平的直观体现,体现一个公司对线束的技术和质量要求的规范程度.随着某商用车"品牌向上"的战略发布,线束的设计和制造要求越来越严格规范.本文以某商用车具体一车型电瓶框内线束磨损售后问题单为背景,对电瓶框内线束磨损问题的发生原因进行深入的分析,最终从根源上解决了该车型线束磨损问题.
Abstract
The wiring harness is an important basic component of the automotive electrical system to realize the transmission and transmission of energy and information.The design direction of the wire harness and the quality of the harness bundling are the intuitive embodiment of the design and manufacturing level,reflecting the degree of specification of a company's technical and quality requirements for the wiring harness.With the release of the strategy of"brand up"of a commercial vehicle,the design and manufacturing requirements of wire harnesses are becoming more and more stringent and standardized.This article is based on the after-sales problem list of wiring harness wear in the battery frame of a specific model of a commercial vehicle,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the causes of the wiring harness wear problem in the battery frame,and finally solves the problem of wiring harness wear of the vehicle model from the root.
