Transient Fluid Simulation Performance Study of High-speed On-off Valve
During the operation of the high speed on-off valve, the internal fluid forms a complicated flow state due to the movement of the spool. However,it is difficult to observe the fluid transient changes when the spool moves in the internal flow channel in practice.Based on this, the dynamic mesh method of computational fluid dynamics is used to analyze the state of the high speed on-off valve under three working conditions, and the pressure, velocity and outlet mass flow rate of the flow field are obtained. The results show that the mass flow rate of the outlet changes linearly with the opening and closing of the valve port;the fluid pressure and velocity change the most in the channel from the valve port to the outlet;the outlet area and the corner area of the on-off valve are easy to form vortex phenomenon under large flow velocity difference, and the fluid vortex phenomenon will change with the fluid velocity difference, while the pressure and velocity around the moving iron at the top change little. The results can provide technical reference for obtaining the corresponding maximum flow rate and optimizing the structure of the on-off valve when designing high-speed on-off valves.
