Research on Dynamic to Static Ratio Parameters of Powertrain Mounting Stiffness
Based on the energy decoupling method, this paper theoretically analyzes the influence of mounting stiffness dynamic to static ratio changes on the natural frequency and decoupling rate of mounting system, which is verified by MATLAB and dynamics software and compared with the results of powertrain rigid body modal test assembly. At the same time, the influence of different mount stiffness dynamic to static ratio on the mount response force amplitude is analyzed. The results show that when the dynamic to static ratio of the mounting stiffness changes by μ times, the natural frequency of mounting system changes by √μ times, decoupling rate remains unchanged, and the magnitude of response force amplitude at the mounting point changes by μ times, which provides a simple frequency avoidance control optimization design method for the design and development of mount system.
