介绍了电动助力转向系统(EPS)中常用的几种电机位置传感器的原理和参数特性,并选择两种常用的位置传感器对影响其角度误差因素进行了分析.实验及仿真表明,安装尺寸公差、电机电磁方案设计、信号磁钢等都对角度信号产生较大影响,通过优化设计使位置传感器误差和精度满足设计要求,同时使信号噪声和抗干扰能力得到提升.
Research on Position Sensor in EPS Integrated Motor
The principle and parameter characteristics of several motor position sensors commonly used in electric power steering system are introduced,and two commonly used position sensors are selected to analyze the Angle error factors affecting them.Experiments and simulations show that the installation size tolerance,motor electromagnetic scheme design,signal magnetic steel and other factors have a greater impact on Angle signals.The error and accuracy of the position sensor meet the design requirements,and the signal noise and anti-interference ability are improved.
