针对某纯电轻卡液压助力转向系统导致的驾驶室噪声大问题,从问题产生机制及传递路径分析入手,开展问题原因分析,进行优化方案设计及验证.最终通过优化高压管路液压脉冲及管路支架隔振,使转向助力系统工作噪声得到优化,取得理想结果.
Research and Optimization of the Hydraulic Power Steering System Noise of a Light Electric Truck
In response to the problem of high cab noise caused by the hydraulic power steering system of a pure electric light truck,starting from the analysis of the problem mechanism and transmission path,then the root cause of the problem is analyzed,the optimization scheme is designed,and the optimization scheme verification is carried out.Finally,by optimizing the high-pressure pipeline hydraulic pulse and the vibration isolation of the pipeline bracket,the working noise of the steering power system has been optimized,thus,ideal results have been achieved.
